In our function as interface between the print buyer and the printing company, we assume responsibility for unambiguous communication and interpretation, together with protecting and observing the needs and wishes of both sides.

There is therefore a central contact person for every project in our company, who is responsible for coordinating all the tasks and is always up to date on the current order status. This customer account manager assists brand manufacturers and printing companies from the initial enquiry right through to printing, thus ensuring high data quality at the same time as saving time and money. He or she defines the desired goals (such as print specifications and schedules) and monitors their observance throughout the entire process.

Print Analyses

Our print consulting service follows the whole print process. We prepare print analyses throughout: we check the print quality and, where necessary, carry out print optimisations. To this end, we constantly evaluate the respective print samples. If printing doesn’t correspond to the proof, or other processes aren’t running flawlessly, we intervene directly and check every component, to ensure perfect printing

Print Approval

We supervise the entire production process of your packaging, including the final print approval. When the product is printed, we are on site in the printing house, to make certain that the desired result is achieved. Our experienced trained staff are out in the field all over the world, supervising printing and taking responsibility for print approval.

mediaPort

In order to supervise and control the project management of the entire printing process seamlessly, we use mediaPort, an application that has been specifically designed in house. The application works like a digital job jacket. All data, deadlines, approvals and instructions are handled centrally with this. From design to print, both we and our customers can review the job’s current processing status on any browser at any time. The configuration is specifically tailored to the customer and programmed by us – we are also happy to make it multilingual, for problem-free communication between all participants.
